I lived here from 1998- 2003, within that period of time I have seen consistency in how the staff handles important issues promptly. Whenever I called they made me feel as if my needs were their priority. From maintenance, to helpful tips on where to enroll your children, where to access school national meaps ratings, help with DSL (Digital internet services)questions for the area, difficulty in dealing with DTE, Ameritech, US mail problems, (they literally gave me the post masters name. They were courteous enough to take my packages while I was away, now that was huge because I worked for a large local pharmaceutical company.

If you are looking for a place that makes you feel at home, I suggest you consider Valley Ranch. They know what service should be like. One of their staff members always has a smile, knows you on a first name basis, and usually knows the answer to your questions before you ask. She knows what service is all about, and genuinely seems to care about your concerns and needs.

In final, After moving from a house in West Los Angeles into an apartment, I had many concerns that were completely eliminated after living at Valley Ranch. The units are very sound, in terms of it's structure, I didn't hear neighbors above or next to me. The community caters to a professional, yet very family oriented clientele. Never did I worry about my safety. I think they have a security person in addition to the local alarms in the apartments. Being on the first floor, security was an issue.

As you can see, I had a good experience overall. And I do feel as thou the apartments are worth the money you pay for the area. After checking around at other apartments in the immediate area the rates were competitive.

With every communities there are gonna be things you have to expect from apartment living but this community exceeded my expectations. Thanks for helping me through my transition, Valley Ranch!
