I've been living here since July 2004, and am leaving because I just graduated and am moving to be closer to my new job. Searching for well-kept, quiet, safe apartments is such a hassle, and little did I realize until now how good I have it at Valley Ranch. If you are a student/family/single whatever who is looking for a quiet and safe place to live, choose Valley Ranch. I had excellent service from the staff, and the apartment I had (2nd level, newest buildings) was great. The only problem I had was the high cost in electric/gas, but be prepared to pay more for heating a larger place!
