I am signing another year-lease with this place and couldn't be happier. I've been renting apartments the past six years, and this is the best place I've been. There is very little noise that comes from neighbors. We can't even hear the guy who lives next to us. Not one sound. It's amazing.
The staff has been extremely hospitable and helpful, maintenance always comes within 1-2 days. They're very accomodating and I have nothing but great things to do.
They've unlocked my door for me a few times without charge, when I was on vacation and forgot a key. They always ice the sidewalk and driveway.
I did a lot of searching in the area prior to signing with Valley Ranch, and am so satisfied with my decision. The price is steeper than other places, but you really get the benfits of it. Full-size new washer/driver has been a great part of it.
