Very nice, but not the best

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived in the older section of Valley Ranch. The rent is very expensive. The place was dirty when I moved and the carpet was horrible. In fact, when the leasing agent saw the apartment she told me I should complain to the manangment on how bad the carpet was.

The club house and pool are fabulous. My son loved the indoor pool. I rented the clubhouse for a party and it was great.

I found the leasing agents to be friendly.

Not the cleanest/newest place but decent.
