We have been here for two years now and are very happy with our apartment. It is spacious, full of light and our patio overlooks a wooded area. The staff has been nothing but helpful and professional, and all our requests were handled promptly. They just expanded the gym and updated it with the latest professional-grade cardio equipment with built-in TV screens, iPod hook-ups, etc. The pools are nice and the whole area is very quiet and pleasant to live in. The only recurring small problem we've had is some bugs in the spring, but when we reported it, they were here within days and sprayed the apartment. I hightly recommend the complex, especially ground floor units in newer buildings. The rent is high, but this is Ann Arbor.

If this isn't a sales pitch I don't know what is. Sounds just like the leasing agent.
