I have lived here for the academic year of 2006-2007, and have no complaints. The management is friendly and helpful, respond promptly to requests, and the apartment is great. There is soundproofing between apartments, a full size washer and dryer (new ones), and they change the filters in the HVAC to ensure comfort and efficiency. My only complaint is that I do not get to use the outdoor pool in the near future (they are performing maintenance on it) -- luckily, we still have the indoor one. I am very glad that I live here.

I had an older unit with old fixtures that functioned, but were far from new and modern... I think it just depends on which building the apartment is in.
