My husband and I have lived in 3 other complexes in Ann Arbor, some luxury and some cheap, and this is by far our favorite. The units are very nice, and the rent is really reasonable. Best of all is the staff. Everyone we've dealt with has been super friendly and helpful, we've never had a problem that the staff didn't bend over backwards to fix asap. The exercise room has just been expanded and redone, so almost all of the machines are brand new, and there is usually never a wait for equipment. The neighborhood is a nice residential area, but still really close to all the shopping you could need. We just signed a new 2 year lease because trust me, we've looked at just about every place in this town, and Valley Ranch gives you the best home for the best price.
