Don't even bother to apply...

First of all, I recommend that you read all the reviews for Villiage Green. The management has been trying to skew their score by putting up fake ratings on this website giving themselves all 5's. Go through some of the negative ones and see what the real tenants have to say.
My fiancee and I talked to Village Green in February and decided to apply. They mentioned that there would be no problem getting a one bedroom place and there is tons of room.
Needless to say as our move-in date approached they gave us a call and told us how people don't usually move out going into a school year and they only have one apartment open. We would have to start renting it a half month early or else they wouldn't give it to us.
I've rented from other places and they had no problem holding apartments for us. Especially when it is only a half month.
But Arbor Hills would rather suck another $500 out of you than have good customer service. It is now obvious that they were just trying to suck an application fee out of us up front.
Let's face it, the apartments are over-priced in the first place.
Please, I urge you to read the other negative reviews and stay clear of this place.
