Your apartment ceiling will leak. You will get an apology and wait a few weeks for someone to come and paint over the spots. Lots of bugs. Garbage area is constantly overflowing. Small laundry facility. Overpriced. You pay to stay away from college students. Clubhouse is nice. Sprinklers broke and lots of grass by tenants is dead. Residents pay an average fee for water: the take the bill for the whole place and divide it evenly among each person. Ridiculous. Security gate always up but they still charge you a deposit on gate cards.
