Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived here for 6 months at the time of this review - have had MAJOR maintainence issues each month - parking is impossible - charged $25 for a gate entry system that hasn't worked since I've been here - NO UTILITIES included - WAY OVERPRICED - I can here my neighbor's every move - coughs, television, radio, and "extracurricular nighttime activities". Not a fun place to live for a professional
