I rented a one bedroom apt/ with a breakfast nook. However, the money I spent on rent was not worth the apartment. I had the downstairs apartment and I could hear everything my neighbors did above me, walk, run, water running, garbage disposal, vacuum, etc. People here are not very pleasent and don't really make an effort even know you.

The workout room is horrible and equipment was always broken, so no one could ever workout. As far as the pool goes in the summer, it was nice, however, people just let the pool babysit their kids. The kids splash and play around not having any respect for the other tenants. Maybe is they disignated a kids time at the pool it was be nice.

The management was snotty and rude. They are having problems with the gatecards and enforcing them. However, you have to pay an addditional $25.00 for a gate card that does not work and they charge you for no using it.
The only thing good is having a problem fixed within 12-24 hrs of reporting it.
Don't waste your money.
