This and Village Park are run by the same management group. I lived there from 1999 to 2002. Up until about the end of 2000, things were okay--mgmt was nice, but maintenance was lackluster. Then new managers came in and some things got better, but a lot got worse. In the end, they robbed us out of our security deposit because of a quarter-sized stain on the carpet. Note, they do not consider normal wear and tear even after 4 years. I dont recommend this or Village Park.
