Unknown furry creatures living in the crawlspaces, unexpected indoor showers during the rainny seasons, those lovely extra trips to the body shop for dent removal, and, lets not forget the "is the security gate down (and, if so will my gate key work), or is it up and just broken" game.
Village Green of Ann Arbor. The stale scent of cigarettes in the clubhouse comes at no additional charge.
