Management Staff will ignore your requests

I think that it is a nice place to live compared to other communities that I have lived in Ann Arbor. The biggest problem they have is that they do all their maintenance work in-house, meaning there is a small maintenance crew to handle this very large community. The office staff (just the women for some reason) do not respond to work order requests in a timely fashion. I have been waiting literally for 6 1/2 months to have a work order completed. The other major problem is that they have about 30-40 dead ash trees that need to be removed throughout the property that really de-value the community. The apartments themselves are nice, modern, and well-maintained for the most part. Strangely enough the maintenance men and the male office staff seem to be much more curteous and professional than the women in the office who happen to be suffering from a bad case of "the power trip". I am sure they will grow up in a few years and snap out of it.
