The place sucks! Yes, it looks pretty at first glance, but once you move in you see that the buildings are falling apart. I have a first fall apartment, and there is so much hole in the building that I get all sort of critters coming into my apartment through the carpet. I find myself vacuuming the floor twice a day!!! Management staff are useless! They only care about the rent check and nothing else... Also, the complex only has one trash dump for all 800 units, which means people actually have to pile up waste and put in their car to drive to the dump, which was geniously place at the entrance - a not so central location!!!! They claim they have a jogging trail, but I have YET to find it...


I cannot wait to get out of here. Bottomline, there are far better places to live in Ann Arbor for the price they charge. Oh, don't buy that new management crap they have posted on some site!
