Absolutely A Hell-Hole to Summarize.

Looks can truly be deceiving; you'll think this is a nice initially until you move in. Yes, be prepared to haul your trash daily to the only dumpter in the complex. The walls of the apartment are so thin or non-insulated that you'll hear water runs through the drain pipes in the adjacent apartment. When your neighbor start shower in the morning, you might as well get up bocos of the noise of water running. Yeah, the complex management: the only thing they do is leave residents rudely constructed notices of the next rent due dates or next cheap pizza party. It takes more than pizza to keep residents happy: we're not college students. Take note of the weight room, the sauna had not worked in months, yeah the maintenance is still working to it. You should expect the groundkeepers to sweep the common areas leading to the apartments of leaves and debris once in a while; but don't hold your breath on that. If you choose a lower apartment, be ready to share your unit with bugs or all kinds. As for the guardstand, at the entrance, it is storage room for the so called maintenance. Somebody pls take over the management of this complex. BTW don't be surprise to see a good review following this one, it's the complex management posting a fake review.
