Noisy, Noisy, Noisy. Whether it be the regular drunk college students in the parking lot; the stereos from the piece of crap cars; or the paper-thin walls - one word describes our experience here - NOISY! The community was safe and for the most part clean - but the tennis courts needed repaired and the exercise room is a joke. Had a very nice pool and was a lot of fun to layout in the summer. Again, be prepared for drunk people screwing around, however. The management didn't do much for us except post childish flyers on the door for everything. We took this apt because of the move-in specials, but realized we couldve done much better. Lots of noise from RT 23 - and several medical trauma copters fly overhead on their way to UM hospital. If you want a quiet place, look elsewhere.
