I have been in two 1st floor middle apartments here: one had a noisy neighbor, and the other didn't. The maintenance staff has always been friendly, prompt and helpful, and the management accommodating. The management however does occasionally loose track of if you've paid your rent or not (3 times in one year). The work out facility is very limited, but they are always clean. Also, I ve had a great number of spiders, even though my apt is spotless, there are many inside the siding on the building :( The rental rates are competitive for the area and my neighbors have all been friendly.
