I don't understand the complaints here -- for the location and quality, it's a really, really nice complex, with great rates. I saw many inferior locations around
Ann Arbor with much higher rates.
Modern, clean, in good shape, nice pool, raquetball court, tennis courts, excellent location close to freeways (23, 14, 94), 10-15 minutes from downtown ann arbor, and yet next to woods, deer, etc.
People unhappy here would be unhappy anywhere, at least for the price range.
P.S.: obviously, it's noisier when you live next to the freeway side -- I'd avoid that. But mine is usually pretty quiet.
