i lived there for a year and frankly never agian. i had a first floor 1 bed room apt. it was not quite at all. the man who lived above me would i swear tap dance at 2 am. or run laps around his apartment. he also engaged in loud sexual activites in his shower which apparently was right above my walk in closet. so the noise would funnel through my apt. the bugs that came in were horrible. so if you are scared of bugs do not live here. the windows had hugh drafts that would draft through the bedroom into the liveing room to the sliding door
for what it cost it was a joke. the safety gate arms never worked the entire time i lived there. anyone could come and go whenever they pleased.
last thing when i first arrived my apt smelled like dead animal because some animal had gotten into the storage outside where the ac unit is and died... wonderful only took them a week to fix it
