Lived here for a year. Wasn't as bad as the 44% approval the website suggests. Nothing was so great about it but there are certainly a lot of places much much worse. I accidentally left my apartment door unlocked on a couple of different weekends with nothing stolen.
I certainly feel the price is more then it is worth but that is true with just about everything.

I rarely heard anybody outside of my apartment

Dirty Hallway
Outdated Small Bathroom & Kitchen
Dishwasher never worked
Main Office Lady - ENORMOUS B*TCH
Gate NEVER worked
