We are living here for almost a year now and I have not have a single negative experience. Management is friendly, maintenance is done very quickly.
All our appliances are working fine, the washer and dryer were brand new when we moved in. Pool is very nice in the summer.
Heating bill can be expensive a few months a year, but on average we spend less than $150 a month on water/gas/electric combined.
