Security Deposit not returned

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
When you have no special cases, the administration is good, but they did not return my security deposit even after one year. I also switched apartments with another person and they claimed that they have no documentation so they could not return the difference, but they haven't even returned the lesser security deposit. I regret living here.
