Just received our security deposit back in the mail after moving out. We cleaned the place top to bottom. They charged us for a drip pan on the stove. Apparently, two years normal wear and tear on a drip pan isn't included. Charged us for dozens of small, standard-size nail holes despite the fact that we were told we could have holes up to the size of a QUARTER with no charge. If you want the problems solved, good luck. Charged also for an extra week's water usage that wasn't ours. Office staff is unresponsive, rude and generally passes the buck. Also-- the dysfunctional and rarely working security gate scratched our car as it came crashing down on it one morning-- still no resolution on that (about $600 worth of damages). Please don't live here. Live somewhere affordable and where they actually care about you.
