Worst place I've ever lived

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I have lived in six apartments in the last several years. Of all of them, Village Park was the most expensive and the most poorly managed. The move in process was horrible. When we showed up, two days after talking to the manager, they didn't have an apartment for us. This was just the beginning.
There were many maintenence problems, yet I had to call the office several times to get any help, even when our pipes were leaking and apartment flooding.
The manager was never available (She manages two properties, and it's obvious that it's too much for her.) The employee turnover was so high that even though I was frequently in the office, I rarely saw the same person twice. This made it very difficult to communicate with them.
When we finally moved out, there were more problems, including outrageous charges and charging us double for utilites.
Do not live here unless you are prepared to put up with all of this and more.
