Quiet complex but pricey

Lived here for 3 years in a bottom floor 1 bedroom.

Nice enough for an apartment. What you see is what you get, no suprises.

Very quiet area, no college kids, limited families. Maintenence of grounds and service requests is top-notch. Staff is generally very nice.

All in all it is a very pleasant experience so far, but the rent is getting to be a little too high.

Outside of the rent being maybe 10% above market I would give the place a 5.
