not worth of your money

I do not know where to start. I decide to move in this apartment because they looked nice. I guess from outside. I spend $400 extra for same size of apartment in same area so I can get peace of my mind. It was my big mistake in life. I just stay in that complex for one year. I was on first floor in handicap unit. They gave me cover parking place next to my apartment. Nice of them. I have other resident knocked at my door at 12:26 a.m. to ask me to move my car because he has that parking place. He and his fiends shows me a lease so I move my car. Second day I go o office and tell them about incident. They found out they made mistake, they gave one parking spot to two different resident. Hello, can that resident wait until morning to figure it out about parking place. No he has to wake us up in middle of night.
Second thing, really bothers me is flood in my small bedroom. Not just once but twice, within 8 months. First time, It was in my middle of final exam period in my Fall semester. So they have to work in my apartment over night for at least three to four days. I have to spend money for motel so I can study and sleep properly. Not to mention I have cat. So for him is scary and confuse. Second time I got flood in same bedroom and from same place. There was my memorial day weekend. I have to cancel my all planes for my vacation and stay home to take care of this stupid apartment. After second flood they gave us third floor apartment in next building, but apartment wasn't ready o move in. I spend my memorial day weekend to move my stuff from my old flooded apartment to third floor apartment which is not ready to move in.A/C wasn't working properly in new apartment. I have to go physically in office at least 5 times and then hey came to my apartment to check A/C. They say it is fine it takes some time to bring cold air from first floor to third floor. It does not make sense to me at all. I worked as leasing agent in other complex in ann arbor and I never heard anything like this explanation. It cost me average of $181 for my electric bill for each month for my DTE. Kitchen drawer were not put properly, and felt on my father-in-laws feet. We had to take him to hospital. Oh,they change filter in my furness when ann arbor city inspector was coming to inspect some apartments. After that My A/C start working properly.
This is biggest one. In my new apartment bathroom, the bathtub start pilling out glaze or paint.I do not know what they use. It start pilling out so you can see dirty bathtub under that paint. Thank god last two month I was living by my self where I can shower at my work.Oh ya, I almost forgot about my bike got stolen at my old apartment. I always put my bike in side of my apartment. When we were moving from my old apartment to new apartment at next building, I put my bike out side so we can take in our second round. Brand new bike even price ag wasn't remove got stolen in one hour. Who can still something in day time in one hour, I sespect neighbor. I don't know you really want to spend money for this apartment where you have to go through this hassle in your daily life.
