What more do I need to say' I have lived here for one year and enjoyed it. Looked at >15 apts before choosing this one based on factors listed above. Agree with previous poster that this was one of the few apts with W/D priced $750-800. I live on the third floor with nice balcony, nice view. Several of my friends also live here and one of them had to move from my bldg b/c the highway noise bothered her (we are close to Hwy 23). Management was great about it, though, and let her move right away.
What I like: neighbors tend to be older and quieter than a lot of other complexes I viewed or have visited this year, plenty of room, nice-sized kitchen, management is very responsive. Work out room is nice, we are also close to a jogging trail. Utility bills are reasonable.
What I don't like: Although it's a moot point b/c I am moving for a job out of state, when I received my lease renewal I noticed that my rent would have increased by more than $125/month. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints.
