Lived here for about 2 years now. Pool is nice in the summer months, although it's kept pretty cold. It's very quiet, and the apartments are nicely sized. The washer and dryer in unit is a big plus. Wasps are a problem, but maintenance takes care of it after a couple of weeks. The windows are very drafty, but we found that putting plastic sheeting over the windows keeps the heat in. The walkway from the back set of apartments to the front is nice, although in the winter it can be treacherous.
