This place has alot of problems. Some pluses are the size, washer and dryer in-unit, but everything else falls by the wayside. The walls are terribly thin, so I can hear the man next to me in the bathroom moaning and coughing EVERY MORNING. It really puts a damper on your day. The heat bills is astonishing- over $100 a month and in order to get your apt. to 70 degrees, you have to turn the thermostat up to 80. Yes, I said 80. Upon calling the management, I was left with a note that said "ALL THERMOSTATS WORK THIS WAY." Uhh, I think not. If by "all" they mean their apartments, then they need to pay some of the heat bills. Also, Ive had problems with almost every appliance ive had within 6 months. And most importantly, the most horrible story- I came home to the maintenance guy using MY OWN pots and pans out of my cupboards to catch filthy water in my bathroom. I was shocked, and before I could say anything- he tried to put them back in the cupboards hoping I wouldnt notice. Being things I cook and eat out of, I was disgusted and offended that he went through my things and thought he could use them. Keep looking- you'll find something MUCH better without the problems and creepy maintenance guys and $130 a mo. utility bills.
