Poor quality management

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I have lived here a while and will not renew my lease in June. The new manager is not helpful at all and seems to have a large disrespect for ------- Americans. There has been a turnover in maintinance that has improved service greatly, but that does not make up for the poor attitude of the manager.
