Apartment options for dog-owners in Ann Arbor are limited - and Windemere is tops. Great setting in NE corner of town with outstanding walking opportunities.

Apartments are comfortable and cozy with ample storage space. However, the fixtures are all cheap (faucets, shower, etc.) and things tend to break down more often than they should. Water pressure is lousy. New management staff a couple years ago not terribly responsive to my friends, but I personally have had no problems with them.

Overall, I have enjoyed living here the past 4 years while finishing my degree. A good place to come home to (though not ideal)...and the dogs love it.
