I LOVE the location! It?s a beautiful, quiet area that gives you a feel of being completely separate from campus. But there are great grocery stores and other conveniences (including US-23) that make it a perfect locale. The apartments are a decent size but pretty pricey. There is a lot of turnover in management that has been frustrating - sometimes they are incredibly helpful and flexible, but sometimes they aren?t. The trees are beautiful, but the maintenance on the grounds is usually quite poor -- overgrown weeds everywhere. Snow plowing is pretty good, and maintenance requests have lately been taken care of pretty quickly. Being on the ground floor, i?ve had issues with the people above me, especially having an 80 pound dog barking and running around. I?d have liked better lighting along the sidewalk to the apartment too. I?m sad to leave this area but when i can pay a mortgage for the same price as these apartments i can?t even give it a second thought.
