the apartments are horrible!!!! My roomate and I got on the apartment list 6 months before moving. when we got our apartment, it smelled like cat pee. they told us the only other apartment they could put us in was the one by the swamp, which the swamp started about 3 feet from the door. They promoised they'd fix the cat pee--this was 11 months ago.
Now that it is getting hotter, the pee smell emenates throughout the apartment. We both got so fed up we found other places to live. I've put in NUMBEROUS work orders to get this taken care of. we got new carpet, new dry wall but nothing works. all they do now is spray kills when we put in an order. they do not even try to fix it. only after i complained and told them we were moving out did they offer us a new apartment. We would have liked one about 9 months ago.

we told them we didn't feel it was fair to pay the last month's rent since the place smelled like pee, but they told us too bad. Apparently, they switched managers without us knowing, so the new managers blame us and said we never told them--too bad we told the old managers a million times.

In addition, we had bugs (ants and silverfish) and our apartment is so cold in the winter that our furnace runs constantly. not to mention the thermostat is broken--our apartment can be 64 degrees or 75, no where in between.

you will be ripped off if you live here. i can't wait to leave
