Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
We're cutting our lease short and going elsewhere because 1) the rent is too much for what you get, 2) the ice and snow removal is horrible and the conditions are dangerous, 3) the service is awful and they don't fix anything - even if you get them to come out they don't know how to fix simple problems, and 4) the water is awful (not hot, bad pressure in kitchen, toilet problems, etc.
For the money this place costs you would expect a nice place and great service. The apartments are nice - so long as nothing goes wrong in them, then you're in for it. The service is awful; the management are unpleasant to deal with and the maintenance people are unable to work on the apartments.
