I have lived here for almost a year, and I am extremely happy with this apartment. The apartment provides residents with great amenities (i.e. washer/dryer, private separate bathrooms... 2 bdrm, 2 bath, carport) for an affordable price (comparable with other apartment complexes). I have seen other apartment complexes that my friends live in, and this is an excellent deal! Others pay about $900 for a single bedroom without the washer/dryer in unit or the covered parking!!

It's located about 5 minutes from UofM North campus. Grocery stores are conveniently located less than 5 minutes away and parking within the complex is ample. Depending on your apartment location (whether you face the parking lot or if you are away from it) you may have to walk a little... the layout of the complex is a mess, however, and no matter where you live, you will have trouble giving directions to friends unless you live right by the entrance!

The only major problem I have noticed is the poor insulation which makes the place cold in the winter. No matter how high my roomate and I turn on the heater, it's still COLD!!

No pest problems other than the occassional silverfish. Maintenance is excellent and responds almost immediately. Management is very friendly and highly responsive... I highly reccomend this place! It is definitely worth the price!
