If you don't mind having to call maintenance for various repairs frequently, and having repair personels enter your home frequently, then you probably have the patience and time to live here.

If your philosophy coincides with the management's here, that it's normal for things to break, and it doesn't matter how often, how many times or to what degree things need repair or replacement, just as long as they get fixed quickly, then you could live here with little dissatisfaction.

However, if you think repairs, especially major ones should be followed up by management to make sure that they were done properly and satisfactorily, then life here may be frustrating and a less than pleasant experience.
