Too Big to Provide Decent Service.

I lived here for two years. The one time I had a maintenance problem, it became a hassle. However, the problem was with the contracted painter, not with the apartment complex?s staff. The main problem I had with the office staff was the incompetance of the non-managerial office workers. If you have a specific question or problem, chances are great that they did not know how to handle it. But rather than getting assistance, they would make up an answer. If I ever had a question, I went directly to the manager, and found this much more effective. If you like to live in a small, close-knit community, this is NOT the place to live. Also, the apartments feel very cave-like since the only windows/doors are located along the front wall. Another annoying thing is that they charge extra for apartments with "views". The washer/dryer unit was very small. We were on the ground floor, and we had a serious problem with sow bugs crawling into the apartment. They would usually die quickly, but we had to constantly vacuum them up. Finally, we had neighbors on four sides of us, and only 1 did we not have a serious problem with noise. We ended up moving to Ironwood Place Apartments just down the street.
