Not worth the money

I lived here for one very long year and constantly had problems with getting maintenance help. When I moved in there was a sink in my living room, a hole in my bedroom door, wires hanging out of the wall, and a closet shelf completely mangled. These took about a month to resolve. Subsequently, I had problems getting hot water, despite having a 40 gallon tank in my unit. This has not yet been resolved. I would have to call 3-4 times to get maintenance on any given issue and ended up befriending the maintenance manager, who is the most helpful person I've encountered here. The facilities are out out service often enough - ie. hot tub broken, pool closed, tv in workout room broken, various machines in workout room broken. The apartments are nice but, in my opinion, not worth the money
