I noticed many of the reviews on here are old, so I thought I'd add mine. Personally I think of Windemere Park as a "nice" apartment--alot better than my previous experiences renting in the central campus area.

There were a few negative things I would agree with--the hot water doesn't last nearly as long as it should considering how big the water tank is. We picked an apartment with a brand-new full size washer, but the dryer is older and doesn't work very well--still TONS better than feeding quarters into a community W/D. We had a couple issues with plumbing fixtures/leaks but they were always fixed same or next day. And we were told the fitness center would be updated almost a year ago--as far as I know that still hasn't happened.

I lived in an apartment with my mom for 10 years before coming to college, and this is the best apartment experience I've ever had. Well worth 955 per month, especially when you consider the prices of crappy apartments like Willowtree down the street.
