How to make a good tenant mad.

I've lived in the Windemere complex since 2004 - in fact, I just signed for another year. After having paid the annually increasing rent on time every month I suddenly get an eviction notice! After talking to the Manager I'm told this notice was just to "get my attention" since I failed to fill in a form which I never received. According to the Manager the notice was hung on my door and, therefore, was considered "delievered". The Manager, apparently, does not consider an eviction notice a big deal but I do - and I told her so. If a long term tenant in good standing is treated this way imagine how new tenants are treated. I, for one, won't be renewing my lease next year.

I'm surprised you're still there. Put you're apartment on craigslist and get out of that rat hole. You'd be glad you did come winter!
