I am currently a resident, and I've been here for three years. My apartment is excellent! i love the tennis courts, the pool. I always get parking right outside my door. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly (It always amazes me that Betty knows me by name). It is a really welcoming place. They even negotiated my lease with me giving me a rent reduction! This is unheard of.
