Windemere Park is awesome. I just moved out becasue I transferred schools, but after being in my new place, I miss Windemere even more. Maintenance is awesome at Windemere, I never had to wait more than a couple of hours and a guy was at the door ready to fix anything. Janice and Mary are great in the office, they help with everything and are very flexible to your needs. I would absolutely rent at Windemere again. It is a bit pricey, but after seeing some other places, it is worth it. The only complaint is that other dog owners sometimes have their dogs off leash and many never pick up after them. I was a pet owner as well. Move out was great, no extra charges for anything. You can paint what ever you want as long as you give it one coat of white before you leave. Red stains in the carpet will get you though. Over all very safe, very quiet, and very worth it
