This really is a great place to come home to. The office staff were always courteous and helpful. The landscape is well kept and very attractive. Parking is ample. The apartment itself is spacious and high quality.

I've had a few maintenance issues but all were addressed to my satisfaction. The fitness room is woefully sub-par but the surrounding area offers great opportunities for running, cycling, basketball etc and the complex itself has a pool and tennis court. There are small playgrounds in the community-like complex and larger ones nearby. The AC unit is very loud and right outside the master bedroom which was somewhat annoying, and living on the corner, the room furthest from the heating unit was often cold because of air infiltration around the windows. Some basic weatherizing fixed this issue for me.

If this is within your price-range, it should be on your list. I have not once regretted moving here, and I'm only moving out because I'm tired of the 50 minute drive to work. I don't expect that I'll find a better apartment.
