Nice Quiet Place, expensive - but hey - it's Ann Arbor

I've lived here for almost a year and i really like it. The property is well maintained and the pool, gym, and tennis courts are great. This seems to be a very family friendly community and feels very safe. I'm hoping to find something just as nice when i have to move out of Ann Arbor next spring. The rent is expensive, but i think that's the case all over town and the quiet "country feeling" location is worth it for me. The location is great, too - on the #2 busline which goes right to campus and passes a nearby kroger and the UM hospital.
