My husband and I lived at Windemere Park for 3 years. Overall the buildings are a little older, but we found the staff to be helpful, especially Betty! I don't know if she is still there though. I wanted to right a review because most times when I read these apt reviews, it's mostly disgruntled reviews and people who are happy probably don't feel the urge to write. Anyhow, we had a 2 bedroom downstairs apt. The issues we had were some insect issues, but they came and sprayed right away. Our A/C froze a couple times in the summer, but maitenance came right away. The pool is great in the summer and so is the hottub. The quality of the building could have been better, we could hear our neighbors upstairs walking a lot, but it really didn't bother us. Anyone expecting absolute peace in an apt setting is being unreasonable. We rarely heard our neighbors next to us. I would highly recommend Windemere. It's a reasonable price considering other cities (we now live in San Diego where an apt like that would go for over $2,000). Parking was never an issue either. The trees in the area a very pretty and the path nearby is nice to walk on. Overall a pleasant experience at Windemere!
