Good for Grad Students - I moved into this complex as a new graduate student and it was perfect for me. Close to campus and the interstate, plus it's located in a nice and quiet community. Great Place to Live After living in dorms and random apartments in Ann Arbor for undergrad, I decided to live at Tower Plaza for four years during grad school. The location was close to everything (10 mins to Main St., 2 mins to the Diag), safe, and quiet. I highly recommend it.

Noise complaint taken care of... We have been residents for almost 4 years and we have only had 1 issue with Pine Valley and that being noise. There was 1 bad egg that has been taken care of. We have never heard any noise from the other apartments around us only from this one tenant.

Windemere is great! I moved in 2 years ago, and I love it here! Before I moved in, they had replaced the carpets and painted all of the walls. I also had a brand new refrigerator. Within the first three months of moving in, they replaced my stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
