I have lived at Seville for a year now and have been very satisfied with it and the property managers. The complex is small, unique, and next door to downtown Athens (very convenient). Each unit has a patio, which is nice. Overall, it's a perfect place for a student or someone who frequents downtown Athens, does not require a large amount of space, and wouldn't miss a dishwasher and central Heat/Air.

With regards to no central Heat/Air, the area is about 400 square feet with a window unit-type air conditioner. I ran it enough to be comfortable, used energy conserving light bulbs, and left my laptop on 24/7. My power bill averaged around $45-50/month.
