They are money hungry crooks! No employee ever sat down with me to review the terms of my lease on my move in date. Nobody from the apartment complex looked over my lease to check if I forgot anything. It turns out I forgot to put the utilities in my name. Instead of notifying me when the apartment was still receiving my bills, they chose NOT to notify until 5 months later!!! So all of my utility bills, which were only $14-$40 were given a $100 FEE PER BILL. I went on paying my rent every month and was completely obvlious to the fact that there was a problem. One would think they would have notified me, rather than let me go on getting charged fees. They have charged me over $1200 in fees for utilities that probably total less than $300. The FIRST time i was notified was with a 7 day notice that I owed $776. I would highly recommend that you stay clear off ever living in a Singh porperty.

You forgot to put the utilities in your name and it's the Company's fault...hmmmmm. If you didn't receive utility bills for 5 months, wouldn't you have contacted the provider to find out why you weren't receiving a bill? Must be your first apartment after living at home with the 'rents.
