The apartment is old, and in need of many repairs. The handles fall off my closet doors daily, one of the vertical blind pieces falls of about every month, the bathroom fan sounds like an ambulance siren, the second bedroom is too small and the living room set up is cramped if you have a dining room table. The dishwasher and microwave are old and very loud when running. I don't think the windows are sealed very well because my roommate and I had frost on the inside of the window and window frame. The worst part about the apartment is how thin the walls are. If you stand in the hallway you can hear all four apartments conversations, television stations, microwaves etc. When I moved in the office staff did the most unprofessional lease signing/run through session I have ever experienced. When maintenance was requested it was a 50/50 chance of getting it repaired promptly. I was also upset when my car was broken into, while it was locked in my carport. When I reported the theft to the office staff they informed me that my car was not the first and the previous theft problems had not been reported to the police by the residents. I also witnessed people having sex in cars next to my carport and bum's sitting on the corner and stumbling around the buildings with their brown paper sacks of booze. Maybe it's just a sign of the poor economic times we're in, but I'm moving to a safer location.

lolwut? I see no bums. I've lived here for 3 years, and in ALL the places I've lived in SEVERAL states across the country, this is the place with the fewest police calls that I've ever seen. I've seen the police here exactly ONE time. Where were the people having sex? sounds hot. You're moving to a safer location? Dude you can have your car broken into in a village with 150 people. It happens. You must be like 18 years old and just moved out of mommy and daddy's since you think THIS place is unsafe. Try living where you hear gunshots, see people being stabbed or mugged, or people breaking in in broad daylight. This place is fine, grow the F*** up.
